Engineering services
Workerbee engineers build it for you. We offer two services: bringing data the Graph doesn’t cover yet onto your Graph, and building custom HR agents and workflows for Gemini Enterprise.
| Service | What you get |
|---|---|
| Graph data engineering | An ingestion workflow that adds data from a system with no integration to your Graph as a new dimension |
| Gemini Enterprise for HR | HR agents, skills, prompts and governance in your Gemini Enterprise app, with Workerbee as the system of record for talent decisions |
Which path fits
Most of what Workerbee does is self-serve. Find your situation here before you book a call.
| Your situation | Path | Who does the work |
|---|---|---|
| Your ATS, HRIS, or LMS is supported | Integrations | You, in a few clicks |
| You have files and a one-off load is enough | Upload your own files | You, by upload or through your AI assistant |
| You need it automated and have engineers | Build a workflow | Your engineers, with the API and SDKs |
| You need it automated and don’t have engineers | Graph data engineering | Workerbee engineers |
| You want Workerbee inside Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini | LLM connectors | You, in about two minutes |
| You run Gemini Enterprise and want custom HR agents and workflows | Gemini Enterprise for HR | Workerbee engineers, in your Google Cloud project |
Graph data engineering
Have data the Graph doesn’t cover yet, and no engineering team free to build the pipeline? Workerbee engineers build the ingestion workflow for you and add that data as a new dimension on your Graph.
If your system is on the integrations list, or a one-off file upload is enough, you can do it yourself today. The Graph quickstart walks through every self-serve path. This service is for the case where none of them fit.
When to use it
All three of these are true:
- There’s no integration for the source. Integrations cover ATS, HRIS, and LMS systems. CRM revenue, sales call transcripts, field-service job records, quota attainment, and in-house tools aren’t covered.
- It needs to stay current. You want the data flowing on a schedule, not dragged in once.
- You don’t have engineers to build it. If you do, they can build the same workflow themselves with the REST API and SDKs.
What we build
An ingestion workflow that pulls records from your source, maps them onto the Graph’s shared taxonomy, and links them to the people, roles, and Success Profiles already there. The result is a new dimension you can ask about through the same LLM connectors, MCP server, Work Intelligence Console (WIC), and API you already use. It isn’t a separate report.
Two examples of what that makes possible:
- Sales performance. Bring in revenue by rep from your CRM and connect it to the Success Profile for your sales roles. Then ask what your top performers demonstrate that the rest of the team doesn’t. Call transcripts can come in as supporting evidence. See the sales and revenue example.
- Field technicians. Bring in job outcomes from your field-service system, such as first-time-fix rate or callbacks, and see which demonstrated skills actually track with them for an HVAC technician role.
How an engagement works
- Discovery call (30 minutes).
A 30-minute discovery call with your technical and operations leads. We’ll map your systems, review your role definitions, and confirm the pilot scope. No commitment required until the data proves the value.
- Technical discovery.
We look at a sample of the real data with your technical lead and agree how we’ll get to it: a vendor API, a scheduled export, or a file drop. Scope often changes once we see the data, so we confirm what we’ll deliver at the end of this step instead of promising it up front.
- Build.
We build the workflow and run it against your Graph. You get updates as sources come online, not a single handoff at the end.
- Ask.
The new dimension shows up on your Graph. Ask the questions you brought to the discovery call, in whichever tool you already use.
Come prepared with
These are the questions we’ll work through on the call. You don’t need answers to book it; rough ones just make the 30 minutes go further.
- What data do you want on the Graph? The systems and the records in them, like closed-won deals by rep, call recordings, or work orders.
- Where does it live, and how can it be reached? A vendor API, exports, a database, or files someone pulls by hand today.
- Which roles is it about? The roles you want to understand, and any role definitions or job descriptions you already have.
- What do you want to be able to ask? The questions or decisions this data should inform. This is how we’ll judge whether the work proved its value.
- Who should be on the call? Someone who knows the source system, and someone who owns the outcome.
Gemini Enterprise for HR
Bring your company’s talent decisions into the Gemini Enterprise app your people already use. Leaders, recruiters, managers, and employees ask about coverage, shortlists, succession, and career moves, and get answers grounded in your own workforce data. Workerbee engineers set it up inside your own Google Cloud project: the Workerbee connector, HR agents, skills, a prompt gallery, and governance controls, all in the Gemini Enterprise app your people already use. Every ranking, succession plan, and workforce answer comes with the evidence behind it and a decision audit a regulator can read.
It builds on the same Google Cloud stack as Workerbee itself, featured in Google Cloud’s case study on Workerbee. For the full picture, see the Gemini Enterprise HR agents page.
Connect it yourself. The LLM connectors page has the Gemini Enterprise setup, and the MCP server page lists every tool. This service is for custom HR agents and workflows: agents, skills, governance, and integrations.
