Trial sandbox (Acme Co.)
Every trial account starts with Acme Co., a sample company that’s already on the Graph. Use it to explore Workerbee, ask questions, and build your agent or workflow before you connect any data of your own.
What’s in it
Acme Co. is a complete company: 20,000 people across 15 departments, with roles, open requisitions, and the capabilities each person has demonstrated. It has 53 Success Profiles, from the company’s own down through its departments and roles, so there’s something to measure people against from the first minute.
Acme Co.’s data was ingested the same way you’d bring in your own: with the Workerbee SDK, using an assistant each for HRIS, ATS, LMS and performance data. So the sandbox also shows what a graph built from those four sources looks like.
Every person in Acme Co. is synthetic. The Work Intelligence Console (WIC) labels it as a sample company, and nothing you do in it touches real people’s records.
Who it’s for
- Investors. See the whole product working on a realistic 20,000-person company, without needing a customer’s data: the graph, Success Profiles, ranked answers and the evidence behind each one.
- Leaders. Ask the questions you’d ask about your own workforce, such as who’s ready for a role, where the skill gaps are and what a role should require, and judge the answers and their evidence before you commit your own data.
- Developers. Build against realistic data from day one. Connect an agent over MCP, script a workflow with the SDK, and test prompts and code before any production data is involved.
What you can do with it
- Explore WIC. Walk the company graph, open departments, roles and people, and edit and publish a Success Profile. See the Work Intelligence Console quickstart; every screen in it shows Acme Co.
- Ask questions. Ask the agent in WIC, or from Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini through the LLM Connectors.
- Connect your agent. Point your own agent or MCP client at the MCP Server and call the same tools against Acme Co.
- Build a workflow. Write against the REST API and SDKs with realistic data behind every call.
The tools, questions and code are the same ones you’ll use on your own graph, so what you build here carries over when you switch.
Questions to start with
- Who in the company is closest to the DevOps Engineer role today?
- Which capabilities are rarest across the company?
- Which non-negotiables in the DevOps Engineer Success Profile are hardest to find in our people?
- What does the DevOps Engineer Success Profile inherit, and from where?
For more, by role and team, see Examples.
Move to your own graph
When you’re ready to work with your own people, email support@workerbee.ai to upgrade to a paid account. From there you can connect your HRIS or ATS through Integrations, or bring your own files as described in the Graph quickstart, and grow your own graph from there.
